When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Log Files
AnilRaoK.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, AnilRaoK.com uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. When you sign in, AnilRaoK.com also sets a session cookie so you stay logged in; it is required for signed-in features and is removed when you log out or the session expires.

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on AnilRaoK.com, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that AnilRaoK.com has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
AnilRaoK.com's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Connected social accounts and YouTube API Services
AnilRaoK.com includes a publishing tool that lets a signed-in account owner connect their own social media accounts and publish posts and videos they have scheduled. These integrations are only used when you choose to connect an account under Social → Accounts.
YouTube
AnilRaoK.com uses YouTube API Services when you connect a YouTube channel. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
When you connect a YouTube channel we access and store:
- OAuth access and refresh tokens that Google issues for the permissions you grant (“upload videos” and “view your YouTube account”). Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never shown in the interface or logs.
- Your channel's ID, title, handle and profile image URL.
- For each video you publish through AnilRaoK.com, the resulting YouTube video ID and link, kept in your publishing history.
We use this data only to upload the videos you schedule to your channel and to show which channel is connected. We do not read your existing videos, comments, analytics or subscribers, we do not use YouTube data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Stored channel details are refreshed from YouTube at least every 30 days. If access to a channel can no longer be refreshed, its stored details are deleted within 30 days.
You can revoke AnilRaoK.com's access at any time by disconnecting the channel in Social → Accounts (which deletes its stored data and revokes the token with Google), or through the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X (Twitter)
The same practices apply to the other platforms you can connect. For Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts (through Meta's Graph API) we store the Page or Instagram account ID, name, handle and profile image URL, together with encrypted access tokens. For Threads profiles (through Meta's Threads API) we store your Threads user ID, handle, profile name and profile image URL, together with an encrypted access token. For X (Twitter) we store your user ID, handle, display name and profile image URL, together with encrypted access tokens. This data is used only to publish the posts you schedule and to show which account is connected; it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored data. You can also remove access from Facebook's Business Integrations settings, from the Threads app (Settings → Account → Website permissions), or from X's connected apps settings.
When you remove AnilRaoK.com from your Threads account, or ask Meta to delete your data, Meta notifies us and we immediately delete the stored Threads connection: its access token and your Threads handle, profile name and profile image URL.
When you connect a Pinterest account (through Pinterest's API) we store your Pinterest user ID, username, display name and profile image URL, the ID and name of the board you choose as the default for your pins, and encrypted access and refresh tokens. This data is used only to create the pins you schedule and to list your boards or create a new one when you ask us to; it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the account in Social → Accounts immediately deletes its stored data. You can also remove AnilRaoK.com's access from the connected apps in Pinterest's security settings.
Telegram and Discord
Telegram channels and Discord channels are connected without signing in to those services. For a Telegram channel you give us the token of a bot you created with Telegram's @BotFather and made an administrator of the channel; we store that token encrypted, together with the channel's ID, title, public username (if it has one) and photo, and the bot's ID and username. For a Discord channel you give us one of its webhook URLs; we store that URL encrypted, together with the webhook's ID, name and avatar and the IDs of its server and channel. The token and the webhook URL are never shown again after you enter them. This data is used only to post the messages you schedule to that channel and to show which channel is connected; we do not read the channel's messages or members, and the data is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the channel in Social → Accounts immediately deletes its stored data. To cut off access at the source as well, revoke the bot's token in @BotFather (/revoke) or remove the bot from the channel, or delete the webhook in the Discord channel's Integrations settings.
Bluesky
When you connect a Bluesky account (with an app password you create in Bluesky's settings) we store your Bluesky DID (its permanent account ID), handle, display name, a copy of your profile picture on our CDN, the address of the server that hosts your account (its PDS), and — encrypted — the app password you give us and the session tokens Bluesky issues. This data is used only to publish the posts you schedule and to sign back in by itself when Bluesky's session lapses, so you don't have to reconnect every few months; it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the account in Social → Accounts deletes everything we store for it and ends our session with Bluesky. Deleting the app password in Bluesky's app password settings cuts our access immediately.
When you connect your LinkedIn profile (through LinkedIn's Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect and Share on LinkedIn products) we store your LinkedIn member ID for this app, your name and a copy of your profile photo, and an encrypted access token with its expiry date. LinkedIn access lasts 60 days, after which you reconnect to renew it. For each post or comment you publish through AnilRaoK.com we keep the LinkedIn post or comment ID and link in your publishing history. We do not read your feed, connections, messages or other members' data. This data is used only to publish the posts you write or approve and to show which profile is connected; it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the profile in Social → Accounts immediately deletes its stored data. You can also remove AnilRaoK.com's access under Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services in LinkedIn's settings.
Mastodon
When you connect a Mastodon account (through the API of the Mastodon server you sign in at) we store your account ID on that server, the server's address, your handle, display name and profile image, the server's posting limits (such as its character limit), and an encrypted access token. To let you sign in, AnilRaoK.com registers itself as an app on that server once; the app's credentials are stored encrypted. This data is used only to publish the posts you schedule and to show which account is connected; it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the account in Social → Accounts revokes the access token on your server and immediately deletes its stored data. You can also revoke AnilRaoK.com's access on your server under Preferences → Account → Authorized apps.
A Reddit account is connected for Engage only (finding posts you might reply to), through Reddit's own sign-in. We store your Reddit account ID and username, a copy of your profile picture, and, encrypted, the access and refresh tokens Reddit issues. They are used to read new posts in the subreddits you choose and those subreddits' rules, to search inside them for your keywords, to post the comments you click Send on (one at a time, never on their own), and to read your own recent comments and how they did. We never vote, send messages or post threads for you. Other people's posts we read are kept for at most 48 hours unless you reply to them, and a post deleted or removed on Reddit is deleted here too. To draft a reply, the post, a few of its top comments and the subreddit's rules are sent to the AI model you draft with; we don't use Reddit data to train models, and it is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Disconnecting the account in Social → Accounts revokes our access with Reddit and deletes its stored data. You can also remove AnilRaoK.com's access in Reddit's app settings.
Deletion requests and questions
To ask us to delete any stored data about a connected account, or with questions or complaints about these practices, contact us through our Contact page. We delete stored data within 7 days of a verified request. Deleting data from AnilRaoK.com does not delete anything you have published to YouTube or other platforms; manage that content on the platform itself.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.
